We are looking for experienced US Engineering Recruiters with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing or US Recruitment, specifically handling Core Engineering requirements.

The ideal candidate must have experience recruiting engineering professionals for the US market and working with direct clients, MSP (Managed Service Provider), or VMS (Vendor Management System) clients.

Candidates We Are Looking For:

- US Engineering Recruiters.
- US Staffing Recruiters with Core Engineering experience.
- Recruiters experienced in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering recruitment.

Candidates Not Eligible:

- Domestic recruitment professionals without US recruitment experience.
- IT/software recruiters without Core Engineering recruitment experience.
- Candidates without hands-on LinkedIn sourcing experience.
- Candidates without experience recruiting for the US market.

Candidates based outside Pune who are willing to relocate to Pune are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Core Engineering positions in the US market, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.
- Recruit candidates for engineering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, Industrial, Automotive, Aerospace, and related engineering domains.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn searches, job portals, resume databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Work on client requirements received through direct clients, MSPs, and VMS platforms.




- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability, and evaluate communication skills.
- Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, candidate qualifications, and client expectations.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, follow up with candidates, and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
- Coordinate with account managers, hiring managers, and clients throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS or recruitment database.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in US Staffing or US Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for Core Engineering positions in the US market.
- Experience working with direct US clients, MSP clients, or VMS-based accounts.
- Robust LinkedIn sourcing skills and experience using Boolean search techniques.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand engineering job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
- Willingness to work according to US business hours, as required by the role.
- Willingness to work from Pune. Candidates relocating from other cities are welcome.

Preferred Experience: Experience working on MSP/VMS programs, direct US client requirements, and high-volume or niche engineering recruitment will be an advantage.
