We are seeking experienced professionals in US Credit Card Collections to join our Contact Center team. The role requires excellent communication skills in English and the ability to handle collection processes effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for US credit card collections.
- Engage with customers to resolve outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Meet performance targets related to collections, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve process goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in US credit card collections.
- Excellent English communication skills (V&A; round will be conducted).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a 24x7 environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Up to 37,000 in-hand approx. (based on last drawn salary & document validation).
- Transport Allowance: 5,000
- Attendance Allowance: 3,000 (as per company policy)
- Cab/Meal: One-side drop + 1-time meal during odd hours.

- 24x7 rotational shifts.
