Role Description The Us Bench Sales Recruiter – Life Sciences will be responsible for managing and marketing bench consultants to US clients, primarily within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, and Medical Device industries. Day-to-day activities include identifying suitable projects and positions for consultants, reaching out to new and existing clients, negotiating rates and contract terms, and ensuring timely submissions and follow-ups.

The recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand consultant skill sets,



maintain accurate records, and track ongoing opportunities and placements. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants to ensure long-term success. This is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

- Experience in US bench sales or US IT/Non-IT recruitment, preferably focused on Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Medical Device domains.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, including contract types (C2C, W2), rate negotiation, and vendor/client management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across time zones.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job portals, CRM/ATS systems, and basic MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, HR, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Willingness to work US business hours and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in a consulting or staffing firm and familiarity with E-Verified company processes is an advantage.
