US Accounting Manager

? Location: Pune (Work from Office)

? Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM or 5 PM to 2 AM| Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for US-based clients.

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

- Handle month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and review financial statements.

- Manage invoicing and ensure timely reporting.

- Communicate with clients via email and virtual meetings.

- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of accounting tasks.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in US Accounting.

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is mandatory.

- Working knowledge of Xero will be an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations, and month-end close.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Detail-oriented with robust analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CA / CMA (ICWA)
