Position: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Location: Subhasgram, Kolkata

Salary: ₹20,000–₹24,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

Qualification: NTT / Pre-Primary Teacher Training or B.Ed.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily activities and curriculum for pre-primary classes.
- Supervise and guide pre-primary teachers.
- Ensure effective teaching methods and child-friendly learning.
- Monitor students’ progress and maintain academic records.
- Coordinate with parents and school management.
- Organize activities and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant pre-primary experience.
- Robust communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of early childhood education and classroom management.
