Designation: Relationship Officer

Job Location: Chennai, Tambaram & Chengalpattu

Age: 18 - 35 years.

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000

Job Responsibilities

- Demonstrate, present, introduce, and sell banking and financial products.
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, and customer contacts.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
- Convince customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
- Complete customer loan proposals and submit them to the Bank.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer details, and loan applications.




- Ensure proper follow-up during pre-sales and post-sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets within the defined timelines.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location for customer meetings and lead generation.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Sales or BFSI experience will be an added advantage.

Two-wheeler is preferred for field-sales positions.

Candidates should be target-oriented and willing to work in a customer-facing role.
