Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role A leading US-based MNC in the Dental Device technology sector is looking for a Remote Support Specialist (R1) to provide technical support for dental imaging equipment, software, and hardware.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through phone calls and emails.
- Provide technical support for dental imaging equipment, software, hardware, licenses, registrations, and spare parts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and run diagnostic programs.
- Identify hardware, software, and networking problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant technical teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain technical reports and identify recurring issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Technical education in Electrical, Biomedical, Electronics, Electromechanics, or IT.
- Experience with X-ray machines, CR, DR, CT, or dental imaging equipment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electronics, IT, and networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good logical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical customers.
Work Environment
- Work-from-home prospect with a dedicated, quiet workspace and reliable internet connection.
- Occasional travel may be required (approximately 5% annually).
