LOCATION: ANDHERI EAST, MUMBAI

JOB PROFILE

- Attending client meetings & providing creative technical solutions to any work flow issue which may arise.
- Design validation (Designed V/s Manufactured).
- Evaluating the possibility to select right cable, advising the customer, proposing alternatives if necessary
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Liaison with marketing personnel & assisting them with regard to customer queries, contract review,
- Solving enquiries from customers & providing technical clarification for product range of conductors, building wires, flexible cords, instrumentation cables, Fire Resistant, Fire Alarm, Shipboard, LV power,
- control, MV cables up to 33kVetc.
- • Developed cable designs and ensured that it met all customer requirements.
- • Provide technical guidance to engineers & supervisors.
- • Smooth execution of the whole design process considering optimum time frame.
- Prepare design doc.



for factory level experimental trials/product development concerning current
- Design of LT Power & control Cables (XLPE & PVC), Instrument Cables as per AS/NZS 5000.1, IS 1554 P1,IS 7098 P-1,IS 694 IEC 60502-1, IEC 60227, BS EN 50288-7, BS 6346, BS 5467, BS 6004 standards &
- Handling enquiries from Export and Indian market confirming to different International and Indian

standards as well as consultant specifications.
- Providing technical support to the marketing department and customer.
- Prepare Guaranteed Technical Particular (GTP), Bill of material (BOM) & Cross sectional drawings (CSD).
- Providing raw material details & drum Schedule to the planning department.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Planning & In-process departments for smooth workflow.
