Role & responsibilities ]

We are looking for an HR Trainer responsible for employee training, onboarding, and development initiatives to improve employee performance, productivity, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs for current hires.
- Identify training needs and prepare training plans and modules.
- Deliver training on HR policies, company processes, soft skills, communication, and workplace ethics.
- Conduct employee engagement and behavioral training sessions.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Maintain training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness reports.
- Evaluate training outcomes and recommend improvement areas.
- Organize workshops, refresher training, and development programs.
- Support performance improvement and employee development initiatives.
