Key Responsibilities

- Order &
- Dispatch Tracking:

Process, track, and manage customer orders from initial booking through to final delivery.

- Quotations &

- Documentation:

Prepare sales proposals, price quotes, contracts, and presentations.

- Customer &

- Client Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for inquiries, order updates, payment follow-ups, and issue resolution.

- CRM &

- Data Management:

Update and maintain customer records, sales activities, and pipeline trackers using CRM software and MS Excel.

- Reporting: Generate regular sales performance reports, MIS data, and month-end summaries for management.

- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with logistics, finance, marketing, and warehouse teams to align on inventory and dispatch schedules.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
