Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

- Configure, implement, and support ERP modules, particularly Sage Intacct.

- Understand business processes and recommend process improvements.

- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.

- Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integrations, and reporting.

- Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-8 years of experience in ERP techno-functional or functional consulting roles.

- Positive knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.

- Experience with Sage Intacct Financial Management is preferred.

- Understanding of accounting, financial reporting, and ERP workflows.

- Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or system integrations is an advantage.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
