Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher and VSI Fitters for crusher manufacturing and assembly operations at our Udaipur facility. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in heavy machinery fitting, mechanical assembly, component alignment and crusher equipment installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fitting, assembly and manufacturing of Jaw Crushers, Cone Crushers and VSI Crushers.
- Assemble crusher components, shafts, bearings, housings, pulleys and related mechanical parts.
- Carry out machine alignment, measurements, fitting and mechanical adjustments.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Perform inspection and quality checks during machine assembly.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical fitting and assembly issues.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication and quality teams to complete assembly within deadlines.
- Follow workshop safety standards and maintain proper tools and equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- ITI Fitter, Mechanical Trade or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Relevant hands-on experience in crusher manufacturing,



mechanical fitting or heavy machinery assembly.
- Practical knowledge of Jaw Crusher, Cone Crusher and VSI assembly is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of bearings, shafts, couplings, gearboxes and mechanical alignment.
- Ability to use measuring instruments and mechanical fitting tools.
- Candidates with experience in stone crusher machinery manufacturing will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently working with crusher manufacturers, mining equipment manufacturers or heavy machinery assembly units.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Willingness to work at our Udaipur, Rajasthan facility.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000, based on relevant experience and practical skills.
