- Recruitment of third party resources
- Current employee on-boarding and orientation
- Attendance, time office management
- Employee query and grievance handling
- Assist with payroll processing
- Monitor employee morale and company culture
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary

Education & Experience:

- Any Graduate - HR with 2+ years of experience
- Compliance, Payroll knowledge
- Attendance, time office management
- Communication skill
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
