Position Overview: We are seeking energetic and resourceful individual to support our Capital Markets front office team. The MIS Capital Markets team is responsible for (i) the structuring and execution of current structured issuances, (ii) the ongoing monitoring and management of existing issuances and (iii) managing and cultivating relationships with institutional investors. The individual will be working under the oversight and guidance of individuals in the MIS Team.

Operational Support

- Support the day-to-day coordination of activities within the MIS CAM team
- Preparation and maintenance of external sharepoint sites or datarooms for external parties to review documents
- Assist with the preparation of pitchbooks and charts
- Assist in drafting transfer documents (transfer certificates, assignment agreements, pricing letters, trade certificates, participation agreements etc.)
- Liaising with external parties (agents, sub-part banks) and internal teams on asset transfers across the different loan portfolios




- Assist with populating data tape information fields for IABS transactions
- Inputting of data into our loan system (Sentry) including updating waterfall cashflows on our IABS transactions

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field, with 4 years of front office support experience in a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking, or investment banking business
- Strong in corporate finance and financial modelling, with high numerical proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised, motivated and strong prioritisation capabilities
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills;
- Proactive attitude, with strong inclination/drive for self-improvement and to further individual and corporate goals
