Role Description The Urgent Hiring CSE MTech Fresher Trainer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainer will conduct classroom and lab sessions for computer science and engineering graduates, focusing on practical skill development aligned with industry needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, delivering structured modules, guiding learners through hands-on projects, and assessing performance through assignments, tests, and feedback sessions.

The role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine curricula,



integrating emerging technologies and tools, and maintaining training documentation and reports. The trainer is also expected to support fresher hiring initiatives by evaluating candidates’ technical and professional readiness and helping them transition into corporate environments.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Computer Science and Engineering, preferably with an MTech in CSE or a closely related discipline.
- Knowledge of at least one full stack development area (e.g., MERN, Java, Python, or .NET) and ability to teach core concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with modern technology domains such as Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Cloud and DevOps (AWS, Azure, or GCP), or UI/UX and web development.
- Ability to design and deliver structured technical training programs, including curriculum planning, lesson creation, and hands-on lab activities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear, engaging, and accessible manner.
- Comfort working with fresher cohorts, mentoring learners, and providing constructive feedback to support skill improvement and career readiness.
- Good organizational and documentation skills for tracking learner progress, maintaining training records, and reporting outcomes to management.
- Exposure to corporate environments, industry projects, or internships is an advantage; prior teaching or training experience is a plus but not mandatory.
