Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and guide students preparing for the State PSC examination through daily interaction and structured support over Zoom sessions.
- Take end-to-end accountability for each student’s academic progress, discipline, and learning outcomes
- Design and assign daily tasks, practice exercises, and study goals to keep students consistent and exam-ready
- Track, maintain, and update detailed student progress reports, performance metrics, and personalized improvement plans
- Conduct Zoom sessions, group mentoring sessions, doubt-clearing discussions, and exam-oriented guidance

Skills and Attributes:

- 1 Year - 4 Years of teaching or mentoring experience, preferably in competitive exam preparation (CGPSC/UPSC)




- Must have been a UPSC aspirant with a strong understanding of exam patterns, syllabus, strategy and ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi) with the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate students consistently
- Highly accountable mindset, able to take ownership of each student’s growth and performance
- Ability to design daily tasks, study plans, and performance-based improvements
