Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for training and preparing current hires/freshers for production readiness
- Trainer engaged for the training period to enable production readiness

Post-training, the individual transitions into a Reviewer role during the tax season

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in delivering UK Tax training programs
- Existing training methodology/model, if any
- Typical training duration and approach
- Batch handling capacity
- Availability and joining timeline, considering the urgency of this requirement
