Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Tutor Head to manage our tutoring team and maintain high standards of teaching quality across international online tutoring campaigns. The ideal candidate will oversee tutor performance, evaluate classes, provide coaching, coordinate with recruitment and operations teams, and ensure alignment with international curricula.

Candidates with 1–2 years of tutoring experience in international campaigns are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and supervise tutors across multiple subjects and grade levels.
- Monitor teaching quality, tutor performance, student engagement, and curriculum adherence.
- Review demo sessions and recorded classes to ensure academic quality standards.
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to improve tutor effectiveness.
- Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to fulfil tutor hiring and staffing requirements.
- Ensure alignment with international curricula, including UK, US, Canadian, and Australian curricula, as applicable.
- Address academic concerns, parent feedback, and tutor performance-related issues.
- Track key performance indicators,



including tutor productivity, demo-to-enrolment conversions, student retention, and class quality.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, teaching standards, and quality benchmarks.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience in tutoring, academic coordination, tutor management, or a similar academic role.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of tutoring experience in international campaigns are eligible.
- Knowledge of international curricula and online tutoring platforms is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, team management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subjects, grade levels, and tutor requirements simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on academic quality and student outcomes.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 56, Gurugram.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
- Paid sick leave.
