Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training as per the course framework.
Assess learners and track their performance.
Run training needs assessments and give feedback to the corporate team.
Maintain a positive, motivating learning environment.
Skills Required
On-ground experience in banking, financial services or insurance.
Strong communication in English; knowledge of the local language preferred.
Valuable presentation and facilitation skills.
Working knowledge of MS Office.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
