Job Summary

Atiya Healthcare is looking for motivated and adaptable doctors to support its healthcare and wellness initiatives across India. The role involves travelling to medical and wellness camps, providing patient consultations, supporting substitute and relief doctor assignments, and conducting telemedicine consultations when required.

The ideal candidate should have strong clinical consultation and communication skills, be comfortable with extensive travel, and demonstrate a patient-focused, growth-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across India to attend medical camps, wellness camps, and assigned healthcare locations.
- Conduct patient consultations, assess health concerns, and provide appropriate clinical guidance within the scope of qualification and applicable regulations.
- Support relief doctor assignments and substitute doctor duties at clinics or other healthcare facilities.
- Conduct telemedicine consultations and patient follow-ups as assigned.
- Explain treatment plans, wellness programmes, and relevant healthcare services to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consultation notes, and follow-up documentation.
- Coordinate with clinic teams, healthcare professionals, and operations for smooth service delivery.
- Ensure skilled patient handling, confidentiality, and adherence to clinical protocols.




- Contribute to patient satisfaction, engagement, service quality, and sustainable clinic growth.
- Adapt to different locations, patient groups, and operational requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS qualification from a recognised institution.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience may apply.
- Valid registration with the applicable medical council or authority, as required for the qualification and scope of practice.
- Strong patient consultation, communication, and counselling skills.
- Willingness to undertake 100% travel across India.
- Flexible and comfortable working in camps, clinics, and telemedicine settings.
- Professional attitude, adaptability, and a patient-centric approach.
- Commercial awareness and a growth-oriented mindset are desirable.
