- Handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticketing, cancellations, and hotel reservations.

- Plan, prepare, and sell domestic and international holiday packages, including sightseeing and customized tours.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options, destinations, and packages.

- Prepare professional travel itineraries, quotations, and day-wise tour plans.

- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel suppliers, and destination management companies.

- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

- Follow up with leads, convert enquiries into bookings, achieve sales targets, and maintain customer relationships.

- Provide accurate information about fares, baggage rules, travel schedules, booking conditions, and visa assistance coordination.





- Maintain customer records, booking details, sales reports, and use travel booking portals, MS Office, and WhatsApp Business.

- Candidates should have good communication skills, customer service abilities, and a sales-oriented attitude. Travel agency experience and knowledge of platforms such as EaseMyTrip are preferred. Freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
