Role Description The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. In this position, the consultant will advise clients on travel options, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements including transportation, accommodations, and activities. The role involves handling reservations, responding to inquiries, and providing timely, accurate information about destinations, pricing, and travel regulations.

The Travel

Consultant will maintain strong customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up.



The role may also include coordinating with travel partners, maintaining booking systems, and supporting promotional activities to enhance client engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to design and coordinate comprehensive travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other services.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, address questions, and resolve issues professionally.
- Relevant qualifications such as experience in the travel or hospitality industry, familiarity with booking and reservation software, and knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations are beneficial.
- Additional desirable qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with basic office and online tools.
