GV Travel & Tourism is a Kochi-based travel company offering ticketing, visa services, and domestic and international tour packages, with a focus on GCC, Azerbaijan, and Georgia.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Operations Manager to lead our daily operations, from ticketing and visa processing to package planning and supplier coordination, while managing a small operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end domestic and international travel operations
- Handle flight ticketing, visa processing, hotel reservations, and travel documentation
- Prepare itineraries, customised tour packages, quotations, and cost calculations
- Manage GCC and international tours, especially Azerbaijan and Georgia




- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and overseas suppliers
- Oversee bookings, payments, customer service, and daily operations
- Lead and mentor the operations team to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel operations, including team handling
- Robust knowledge of ticketing , visa processing, reservations, and itinerary planning
- Hands-on experience with GCC, Azerbaijan, and Georgia operations
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
