Bhubaneswar Travel Mart is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and results-driven Travel Consultant to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who can understand customer needs, manage enquiries effectively, recommend suitable travel packages, and contribute to business growth through excellent service and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.
- Manage leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings through effective communication and sales follow-ups.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Liaise with hotels, transport providers, vendors, and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, payments, and travel documents.
- Provide timely assistance and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the travel journey.

What We’re Looking For:





- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Strong communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Odia.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, lead management, and customer follow-ups.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and email.
- Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Previous travel industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with travel booking portals, GDS, or travel management software is an advantage.

Work Schedule:

- Working Days: 6 days per week
- Working Hours: Adaptable schedule between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
