Role Description This is a full-time Travel Agent role based in Gurugram, offered in a hybrid work model with a combination of on-site and work-from-home days.

The Travel

Agent will handle day-to-day customer inquiries, plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, and manage reservations for flights, hotels, and related services.

Responsibilities include creating customized excursion packages, coordinating group travel, arranging car rentals, and ensuring accurate documentation for all travel arrangements. The role involves maintaining robust customer relationships, responding promptly to service requests, recommending suitable travel options,



and supporting sales efforts by promoting company packages.

The Travel

Agent will work closely with internal teams to resolve booking issues, optimize travel solutions, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage travel reservations and travel arrangements efficiently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Experience with flight , train , hotel , bus and car rental coordination and related ground transportation services.
- Sales skills, including upselling travel packages and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, GDS or similar systems, and basic MS Office tools.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating both in-office in Gurugram and remotely.
- Prior minimum 1 year experience in travel, tourism
