Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Mumbai.

The Travel

Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, tours, and transportation. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable travel options, preparing itineraries, and managing reservations and documentation. The role involves coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other partners, resolving booking issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for clients.

Consultant will also handle inquiries,



provide timely customer support, and maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to effectively advise clients and oversee complete travel plans.
- Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to handle bookings for flights, accommodations, and related services.
- Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, address concerns, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, GDS systems, and online reservation tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain options clearly and negotiate with vendors.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in travel, tourism, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and maintaining digital records of client itineraries and transactions.
