Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage international travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments via phone calls.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling travel products to increase revenue.

- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication skills.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in BPO sales, inbound/outbound sales, or international sales.

- Solid knowledge of airline tickets, hotels, car rentals, visa requirements, and other travel-related services.

- Excellent English language proficiency with ability to communicate effectively over the phone.
