- Pre- and Post-operative Care: Monitoring patients immediately following transplantation, including vital signs, wound care, and managing hemodynamics.

- Organ Rejection Management: Watching for early signs of organ rejection or infection.

- Medication Administration: Managing specialized medications such as immunosuppressants.

- Patient/Family Education: Educating patients on post-transplant care, medication regimens, and necessary lifestyle adjustments.

- Collaboration: Working within a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, and transplant coordinators
- manage icu and ward in non transplant days
