– Transport Coordinator (Night Shift)

Position: Transport Coordinator

Location: Gandhidham, Gujarat

Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry Preference: Transport / Logistics / Fleet Operations / Liquid Tanker Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor the movement of vehicles during the night shift.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments as per customer requirements.
- Track vehicle movement using GPS and maintain continuous communication with drivers.
- Handle route planning, trip allocation, and scheduling of vehicles.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters, operations, and warehouse teams for smooth logistics operations.
- Ensure all trip-related documents are complete and updated.
- Monitor loading, unloading, detention, and turnaround time of vehicles.
- Address emergencies, vehicle breakdowns, and operational issues promptly.
- Maintain daily transport MIS reports and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, road safety,



and statutory regulations.

Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of fleet management and transport operations.
- Experience in GPS tracking systems and transport management software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Valuable problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics/Transport Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Logistics, Transport, CHA, Fleet Operations, or Liquid Tanker Operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates from Gandhidham, Adipur, Anjar, Bhuj, Mundra, or Kandla are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
