Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainers - Azure Data Engineering role based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Azure Data Engineering concepts and tools, including data storage, data processing, and data integration services on Microsoft Azure. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing course materials, creating hands-on labs and real-time project examples, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and mentoring learners on practical implementation.

The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing feedback,



updating content to align with industry trends, and coordinating with the academic and placement teams to support successful outcomes. Trainers are expected to maintain high standards of teaching quality, professionalism, and learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Information Technology and Software Development, with hands-on experience in Azure Data Engineering services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake).
- Candidates should possess demonstrated Teaching and Training skills, including curriculum design, lesson planning, and conducting interactive classroom and lab sessions.
- Candidates should possess experience in Lecturing or academic delivery, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to learners at various levels.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide learners through projects and interview preparation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Azure (such as DP-203: Data Engineering on Microsoft Azure) are highly beneficial.
- Prior experience as a technical trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in data engineering or cloud technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt training content to different learner groups, including students and working professionals.
