Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and motivated Trainer to train current and existing employees in a domestic BPO process. The candidate will be responsible for providing process training, improving communication and calling skills, and preparing employees to meet business and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for new joiners and existing employees. Provide training on insurance products, lead generation, calling techniques, and customer handling. Explain process guidelines, scripts, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Improve employees’ communication, objection-handling, and sales skills. Conduct mock calls, role-plays, assessments, and product knowledge tests. Monitor trainee performance and provide regular feedback. I
