Role & responsibilities

- Support the execution and implementation of TQM initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and quality excellence programs.
- Maintain, update, and control TQM documentation, records, procedures, and project-related data.
- Ensure audit readiness at all times and coordinate timely closure of audit observations and action points.
- Compile, analyze, and maintain data related to TQM projects, improvement drives, and organizational initiatives.
- Coordinate TQM training programs and assist in preparing training materials, presentations, and awareness sessions.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports for review meetings and management reviews.
- Track action plans, monitor progress, follow up with concerned departments, and ensure timely closure of commitments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support quality, productivity, cost,



safety, and operational improvement initiatives.
