Ticketing Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Experience: 2–3 Years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month

Responsibilities

- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, and booking management.

- Process ticket reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

- Use Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems for flight bookings and fare enquiries.

- Assist customers with itinerary changes, ticket modifications, and travel-related queries.

- Coordinate with airlines, travel agents, and customers to ensure smooth ticketing operations.

- Maintain accurate booking records and ensure timely completion of ticketing tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.

- Hands-on experience with Amadeus and Galileo reservation systems.

- Knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refund procedures.

- Valuable communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently.
