Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Ticket Counter Executive to manage ticket bookings, payment collections, and customer inquiries at The Thrills Fun Park. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and experience in handling cash and digital payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage ticket sales and bookings at the counter.
- Handle cash, UPI, and other digital payments.
- Issue tickets and maintain accurate daily sales records.
- Assist visitors with ticket prices, packages, and park information.
- Operate computerized billing and ticketing systems.
- Maintain daily cash collection and transaction reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the operations and security teams for smooth visitor entry.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the ticket counter.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and prevent billing errors.

Educational Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Candidates with ADCA, DCA, KYP, or other computer certifications will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computerized billing.

Required Skills
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Knowledge of cash handling and digital payments.
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.

Experience Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is mandatory, preferably in ticketing, billing, cashier operations, front desk service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
