Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and effective quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies.

Your role involves driving continuous improvement and innovation in testing strategies, ensuring that the testing function becomes more predictive and intelligent. You collaborate closely with various teams to implement automated solutions and innovative testing products that elevate the quality standards across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of new testing technologies and methodologies to enhance automation capabilities.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing objectives with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test strategies that improve quality and reduce defects.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools to monitor and report testing progress.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and process improvement in quality engineering.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full-time education is required.
