Key Responsibilities

- Independently validate digital media, creative content, and campaign experiences against approved requirements, brand standards, and intended guest experience.
- Validate experiences before and after launch across Target.com and the Target App, identifying issues that may affect guests, advertisers, or campaign performance.
- Document and communicate quality issues, assess their impact, and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolution.
- Identify recurring issues, support root cause analysis, and recommend preventive actions to reduce defects and improve execution.
- Collaborate with Creative, Media Operations, Product, and other teams while maintaining an objective, guest-focused quality perspective.
- Ensure accurate and timely validation of assigned digital media and campaign experiences.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.




- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media, e-commerce, digital advertising, campaign operations, digital content quality, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing creative content and customer-facing digital experiences across desktop, mobile, and app environments.
- Skills in quality validation, issue management, structured problem-solving, and root cause analysis.
- Strong attention to detail, digital intuition, communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in retail media, digital advertising, campaign execution, or creative operations.
- Exposure to data analysis, reporting, and basic process automation.

Success Measures

- Consistent, accurate, and timely validation of digital media and campaign experiences.
- Early identification and resolution of quality issues to reduce post-launch defects.
- Reduction in recurring and high-severity quality issues through analysis, prevention, and continuous improvement.
