Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, online research, and digital platforms.

Client Acquisition: Approach potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert prospects into customers.

Product & Service Sales: Promote and sell the company's services, including:

Website and e-commerce development

Custom software and mobile applications, CRM, inventory and business management solutions

Digital marketing, SEO and social media management

AI-based solutions and business process automation

Cybersecurity and IT support services

Client Meetings & Presentations: Arrange meetings, deliver presentations, coordinate product demonstrations, and explain how our solutions address business challenges.

Need-Based Selling: Understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions based on business requirements.

Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the internal team, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until closure.

Sales Pipeline Management:



Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, and sales opportunities in the CRM or designated reporting system.

Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business, renewals, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.

Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, meetings, revenue, and customer acquisition.

Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor offerings, industry trends, customer requirements, and emerging business opportunities.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with technical, digital marketing, and delivery teams to ensure smooth communication and proper handover after a sale.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience

- Software sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Digital marketing: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
- Bengali, English, Hindi (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Preferred)
