What are we looking for?

We're looking for a highly experienced and driven Territory Head to lead our sales efforts in the NPS Annuity & Government Funds sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team to meet and exceed sales targets for this specialized vertical.

What does the job entail?

Lead and achieve targets: Guide your team to meet sales goals for various NPS Annuity & Government Funds products. Market Leadership: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and mapping within your assigned territory to ensure market share dominance in the Government, State, Defense, Paramilitary, Police, and Central Autonomous Bodies segments.

Pipeline Management: Ensure your team consistently builds a solid sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, as well as various intermediaries.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments like Operations, HR, and Actuarial to ensure business objectives are met efficiently.

Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and develop team members to prepare them for future leadership roles while also managing attrition.





Performance Analysis: Analyze business performance and create action plans to drive channel profitability.

Strategic Execution: Drive and implement projects that align with the company's annual strategic objectives.

Work Experience

8-15 years in Retail Sales (Direct, Agency, or Bancassurance) within the banking or insurance sector. Expertise: Must have experience with products like NPS, Annuity, Insurance, or Employee Benefit Schemes.

Preferred Background: Experience in business management with Government/PSUs is a significant advantage.

Essential Qualification

Post Graduate degree is essential.
