: Tender Manager – Electrical

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager with a strong background in electrical tenders, particularly in railway and government projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage the complete tendering process, from tender searching and identification to bid submission, follow-up, award, and project closure.
- Must be fully proficient in IREPS, IRWCMS, and GeM portals.
- Identify suitable electrical tenders, evaluate eligibility criteria, prepare documentation, and ensure timely submission.
- Handle technical and commercial bids, BOQs, EMD, and other tender-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for approvals, pricing, and bid finalisation.
- Track tender status, results, and work orders, ensuring end-to-end ownership.

Required Qualifications & Skills:





- Proven experience in electrical tendering is mandatory.
- Full proficiency in IREPS, IRWCMS, and GeM is essential.
- Ability to independently handle the complete tender lifecycle, from searching to project closure.
- Fluent English communication and documentation skills are mandatory.
- B.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage.

Experience: Relevant experience in electrical tender management. Ideal Candidate: A self-driven skilled capable of independently managing the entire tendering process with minimal supervision.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
