Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Tendering & Costing Executive with experience in commercial interior products and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for tender preparation, cost estimation, BOQ analysis, vendor coordination, and submission of accurate and competitive quotations within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, rate analysis, and commercial quotations for interior projects.
- Analyse quantities, material requirements, labour costs, transportation, installation, and other project expenses.
- Prepare and evaluate BOQs, technical bids, and commercial tender submissions.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and negotiate competitive prices.
- Prepare comparative statements for materials, vendors, and subcontractor quotations.
- Ensure tender submissions meet client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Projects, Procurement, and Technical teams for pricing and project inputs.
- Maintain records of tenders, quotations, revisions, and submitted proposals.




- Follow up on submitted tenders and assist with commercial clarifications and negotiations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and project requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in tendering, estimation, and costing.
- Good knowledge of commercial interior products, interior fit-outs, flooring, ceiling systems, wall panels, and related materials.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; experience with tendering and estimation software is an advantage.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Robust analytical, numerical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders within tight deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in commercial interior projects, building materials, interior product pricing, and corporate office fit-outs will be preferred.
