Role Description The Tender Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for identifying relevant tenders in government and private sectors, analyzing tender requirements, and coordinating the preparation of competitive bids and proposals.

The Tender

Executive will collect and verify documentation, maintain tender calendars, track submission deadlines, and ensure timely filing of tender responses. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with sales, finance, and technical teams to gather pricing and product information, preparing tender-related reports, and maintaining an organized database of tenders and contracts. The role also involves monitoring tender outcomes, following up on clarifications,



and supporting compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in tender documentation, bid preparation, and proposal coordination.
- Ability to interpret tender notices, technical specifications, and contractual terms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic data management tools.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational abilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and external correspondence.
- Knowledge of electronics or consumer durable products is an advantage.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in tendering, contract administration, or sales support will be beneficial.

- Dedicated Tender Experience Preferred
