About the Role

9AP Energy is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Tender & GeM Manager to manage government tendering activities, GeM operations, bid submissions, and government business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in government e-procurement portals, tender documentation, bid compliance, and end-to-end tender management.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate relevant government tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other e-procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, quotations, and compliance documents.
- Manage the GeM seller account, product catalogues, bid participation, and reverse auctions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Technical, Production, and Dispatch teams for timely documentation and order execution.
- Handle EMD, tender fees, bank guarantees, PBG, and applicable exemptions.
- Prepare declarations, undertakings, affidavits, certificates, and other supporting documents.
- Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, corrigendums, and post-bid follow-ups.
- Track tender results, purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoicing,



and payment status.
- Maintain tender MIS, bid submission records, win/loss reports, and regular management updates.

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in tender management and government e-procurement.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of the GeM portal and government tendering processes.
- Excellent understanding of tender documentation, eligibility requirements, and bid compliance.
- Working knowledge of Make in India, MSE/MSME benefits, and OEM documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.
- Strong analytical, coordination, follow-up, and deadline-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and ensure accurate, timely submissions.

- Timely and error-free tender submissions.
- Compliance with tender eligibility and documentation requirements.
- Number of qualified bids submitted and government orders secured.
- Effective coordination for order execution and payment follow-ups.
- Accurate tender tracking, MIS maintenance, and management reporting.
