Roles & Responsibilities: Tendering & Sales

- Identify and manage online and offline tenders through GeM, CPPP, and other procurement channels.
- Prepare and submit technical bids, financial bids, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents.
- Review tender eligibility, technical specifications, deadlines, and submission requirements.
- Generate business leads and identify sales opportunities in government and private sectors.
- Generate enquiries for cold storage, cold rooms, refrigeration, HVAC, and cold-chain solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients for pricing, proposals, documentation, and approvals.
- Conduct client visits, follow up on enquiries, negotiate with customers, and support order conversion.
- Track tender status, maintain records, and follow up on bid results and work orders.

Required Skills





- Technical understanding of engineering projects and specifications.
- Knowledge of GeM, e-tendering, and offline tender procedures.
- Valuable communication, negotiation, documentation, and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Preferred Candidates: Candidates with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, IT, or other relevant technical backgrounds. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
