Languages Required: Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, & Kannada

Experience Required: Fresher to 1 year experience

Location: Malad West, Mumbai

Working days & Timings: Monday to Saturday, 09.30AM to 06.30PM

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Responsibilities-

· Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

· Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

· Identify and escalate priority issues, keep records of all conversations and transactions in our Database.

· Basic computer skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
