- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate with valuable students handling skills would be preferred
- Candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in Support Voice Process.
- Prior experience in educational industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with backlogs/arrears in their degree are not eligible
- Responsible for dealing with 100 to 150 calls daily
- Responsible for dealing with students Queries
