Role Description The Telesales Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Bhadohi. The person in this role will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, present agency services, and convert leads into sales opportunities. Daily responsibilities include explaining digital marketing offerings, responding to client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

The Telesales

Executive will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to qualify leads, schedule meetings, and support ongoing client relationships.



The role also involves meeting sales targets, providing feedback from the market, and ensuring a professional and consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional phone etiquette.
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve basic issues, and build long-term relationships.
- Lead Generation and Sales skills to identify prospects, qualify opportunities, and close or progress deals.
- Ability to work with basic CRM or call-tracking tools, and maintain organized records of interactions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services is an advantage; willingness to learn industry concepts is essential.
- Previous experience in telesales, call center, or inside sales roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
