Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, features, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and convert potential customers into sales.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve customer conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification:



12th pass or graduate.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and objections.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers can apply; telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
