Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
- Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and communicate product advantages effectively.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.




- Ability to follow up with leads and work towards targets.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Must be comfortable working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Working Hours
- Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
- Work Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi
- Candidates should be comfortable working according to the assigned night-shift schedule.
