Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.

- Explain the services, packages, offers, and facilities to customers over the phone.

- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.

- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.

- Follow up with customers regarding birthday party bookings, group visits, school visits, and other services.

- Maintain customer information, enquiry records, and follow-up reports.

- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth customer service.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Maintain polite and qualified communication with customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

- Confident and polite telephone communication.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

- Ability to convince customers and handle queries effectively.

- Good follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

- Prior experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or sales will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
