We’re looking for a friendly, confident Telecalling Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow up with interested customers and support sales. Key ResponsibilitiesCall customers who have shown interest in our products and answer their questions.

Explain product features, prices, usage and current offers clearly. Follow up on enquiries and incomplete purchases to help customers place orders. Handle customer conversations through calls and WhatsApp professionally.

Help with order-related queries and coordinate with the dispatch team. Maintain accurate records of calls,



customer feedback and follow-ups. Work towards agreed calling and sales targets. Give accurate product information without making misleading promises.

RequirementsClear communication skills in Hindi and English. A polite, patient and confident approach to customer conversations. Positive listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Previous experience in telecalling, customer service or sales preferred.
